At Higher Grounds, we curate a selection of Maines plant-based wisdom and power. Our love for coffee, profound respect for plants, and passion for supporting Maines locally-owned, independent artisan crafters shapes both our menu and our advocacy. Our location on Wharf Street in Portlands unique and historic Old Port is a little plant oasis. In our shop you can experience Maine's finest with local roaster Speckled Ax's superb coffee, an array of delicious and healthful teas, hemp CBD-infused treats, organic hemp CBD botanicals, and traditional apothecary cures grown right here in Maine.
