Food is good, along with lunch specials. I have been a Portland resident for over 52 years and i’ve always given high ratings on service to every place i eat. However this restaraunt seems to have their older and aquainted crowds they show cheery service to. As a newer customer I found that the owners seemed a little less friendly and outgoing, even acknowledging I was there, to me and ive even spent hundreds of dollars over a year on frequenting their restaraunt. Even though they cater to large crouds of people on a regular basis they seem to withdraw from being friendly to you if you arent part of their regular crowds. I went to school in portland and more than 30 or so of my friends have commented to me on the same bias. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly and outgoing but when I see everyone I dont know getting a big smile and laughs and then not even get acknowledged while i’m spending 30-40 dollars on myself I think its time for me and everyone I know to find another place to dine.
