We prepare our pizza like we would back home in Milan Italy, a thin crust pizza baked in our wood fired brick oven; and we bring this pizza to our new home in the Old Port district of Portland, Maine. We also specialize in risotto (served as rice balls arancini or as "al salto" cakes) polenta, gnocchi, along with a selection of fresh salads and home made desserts to complement your meal.
