Casual, fast and great! I had the muffaletta and I think its the best sandwich I’ve ever had. You must go, you won’t be disappointed.

Different take on sandwiches. Bread was excellent, not tough or dry like some places. The chocolate shake was great, especially on this 90’day. It helps also, when a police office standing in line says he eats there 3 times a week.

This place is amazing. I have something here almost everyday!! Cheeseburger stack is amazing, creole sausage, and every other damn thing on the menu is amazing!! They are almost always friendly but the stress of a rush can get to anyone! They are also extremely good at keeping the place clean!!! Everyone should try this place!

Bad customer service, non local seafood and way too expensive for a sandwich with a bunch of mayo on it under $10 my foot

Just moved from NOLA & c’est si bon!!. Just moved to Portland from New Orleans and was super curious about this place. The menu was full of promising little things: Abita! Boudin! Zapp’s! When they asked if I wanted hot sauce, I answered yes and had a secret, naughty hope that it would Crystal’s. Yep, it’s Crystal’s! For those of you who think you don’t like hot sauce (and I was one until I moved to New Orleans) local favorite Crystal’s is a milder heat and less vinegary than most hot sauces and it is really packed with flavor. Put it on everything! I got a regular-sized Oyster po’boy with a side of sweet potato fries. The po’boy was amazingly authentic in the type of bread & dressing, I was floored. The oysters, obviously, were not gulf coast but still fried up good and packed in there. So happy this place is right around the corner!

Amazing food in a stretch of no man’s land on Forest Ave. I still need to try one of the milkshakes, but the sandwiches alone blew my mind.

Love this place. I love Po Boys, we eat here for lunch most weekends as we own a business down the street. This place is consistently excellent. I love the beet salad with fries and a PBR. The owner is very friendly. Very cool little place on Forest ave Great food every time period. What a gem.
