Amazing bread!. I first tried this bread at Tigris Market in Westbrook and fell in love with it. It’s even better fresh out of the oven at Tandoor Bread…I had to get two packages to bring back with me to Florida, (they don’t have this type of thing down there and have NO idea what they are missing.) Next time I visit I will definitely try the other foods too.

Tasty bread and falafels. I stopped in here for the first time this weekend. The owner was making flat breads in the tandoor oven. When we walked in, he brought a huge sample of the bread that was so hot we were burnign our mouths eating it (It was too good to wait). We all ordered falafels, and they made them fresh as we waited. They are very tasty and not dry like some falafels. This place pumps out awesome, CHEAP food. They are nice and hardworking. All the best to this business.

Very disappointing. We got the shawarma meal to go. It was almost 45 minutes that we waited, with the place completely empty except us. When we got home with our delicious-smelling meal, we found the meat in one compartment, a handful of lettuce and tomatoes, and that was it. No sauce, no sides, and we had to do most of the prep work ourselves! The meat was almost too tough to chew and every bite included a chunk of fat or gristle. The bread was at least a day old, and still cold from the fridge. Over all, the sandwich was dry and hard. Not even close to worth the money. We had shawarma once in Ontario, and it was cheaper, tasted incredible, and included 2 sides and a drink. Will not be going back.

Tandoor has the best falafel, hummus and baklava I have ever had!
