Authentic, fresh & delicious. Wonderful family who own restaurant.
Papusas, Mi Amigo!. Love this little spot! Tasty Latin American food served with a warm smile and two types of hot sauce. Could you ask for anything more? The papusas are killer, both the cheese and the beef (read: order one of each)! This time around we tried the Enchilada Salvedorena (crispy enchiladas) with beans and rice and a burrito with chicken. Both were super flavorful, hot and served quickly. The food here is not fancy, in fact nothing is, but the food IS good. Will return often and hopefully they will be open!
Not authentic Salvadoran food. Total disappointment. The menu is limited and the service is lacking. I’ve eaten authentic salvadoran food and this place should just not call itself Salvadoran restaurant. It tries to make salvadoran food but it lacks flavor and whoever calls this authentic has never had Salvadoran food at all.
Authentic. I really like the pupusa. Had a great meal with steak, egg, rice, beans. I am also a sucker for fried plantains. If you have had El Salvadorian cuisine before than you will get the real deal here.
Best Pupusas!. I love going here. The service is great and the food is authentic and tasty. They have the best pupusas I have ever had and they have a great meat stew when it’s available! It’s a hole in the wall kind of place but it’s worth dropping in!
Authentic.. This is one of the more authentic Latin eateries in Portland. We love the Carne Asada plate and the empenadas. Do not expect great atmosphere but the food more than makes up for it! Great for take out.
I love this restaurant! I am originaly from Colombia and this is the closest I can find to good home cooking. I think everyone should give it a try and support the small bussiness.
