Love it. Christo’s place is a friendly breakfast and lunch diner that would remind anyone of a wonderful memory from their childhood. The cartoon charactors of bugs bunny and conrad cat pasted on the windows aren’t the only reason why. The food here has a great taste and is served in giant portions. A regular order of pancakes is three pancakes each the size of a salad plate. The omelettes are made from three eggs. Unfortunately, the bacon is thin and skimpy; not the thick-cut applewood bacon I prefer. The homefries are phenomenal. They are seasoned to perfection and are a joy to eat. They are a side order that I would never miss when I go to this restaraunt. These homefries are nothing like your undersalted IHOP homefries, or your oversalted McDonalds homefries. They are fabulous, fabulous homefries. Christo’s is a seat yourself joint. The people who work here have an upbeat attitude and seem ready for anything. They are happy to feed you and are friendly to everyone who enters. The atmosphere is a warm welcoming place to step into. The diner has a fun energetic environment that is truly a joy to be in. Christo’s diner is a place that always leaves me satisfied.
