Gluten Free Bread like YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE!!!!. Allergeena makes the best gluten free bread I have ever tasted. It is not necessary to toast this stuff–you can make a sandwich just like the good ‘ole days. Also available are wonderful hamburger buns, pizza crust, and dinner rolls. (You’ve probably had them if you’ve eaten in some of the local gluten-free-friendly restaurants in the area.) Puts Bam-Bam’s bread to shame!

She has a baking schedule that she posts on her website and emails out weekly. It is definitely worth calling or emailing ahead to place an order!
