Have tried many Chinese food around Portland area (and they were all good) however, Evergreen is the very best!!! Food is not greasy and cooked well. The best crab rangoons around. Fried rice is the most flavorful I have ever had!

The environment is very moden and clean. It’s an open kitchen and allows you to see that the kitchen is kept spotless as well. The food is very tasty and not greasy which I am attest to the point that I could eat the food cold. I will also note that the fried rice was so good that I neglected my entree and filled up on rice. The entree was prepared nicely and not over/undercooked. I woul strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone but especially friends.
