No more gluten free pasta. My family and I were so disappointed when we recently went to Macaroni Grill and discovered they no longer serve gluten free pasta. As Celiac is an issue with several members of our family, wewon’t be going there again.
We have been many times and its always been great! The only thing I miss, is that when you were waiting for a table, we would sit on the stools by the grills and watch them cook…always neat! But we noticed you can’t do that anymore …that’s too bad 🙁

Fettuccini alfredo was awful. Stopped for lunch there on Jan 13 and ordered the fettuccini alfredo. I added the shrimp for $4. Was expecting a bowl full of pasta with a cheesy tasty sauce and several good sized well cooked shrimp. What I got was just the opposite. A bowl of just undercooked pasta (and I like mine al dente) swimming in a pool of white watery liquid that was pretty much tasteless. No amount of salt and pepper made a differance. There were a half dozen or so very small over cooked shrimp; a waste of $4.The bread was good, the service and decor were good (been here several times before) but the food was AWFUL.
It’s not Mall food. At least this place is trying to be original. With all the places in the mall area that are corporate, this place gives you a variety of food style. Yeah, you can get plain old spag and meatballs, or Alfredo, but I had the Spinach salad with scallops, and I would return again just for that dish.Again, if you don’t want the high fat high starch stuff, look for the other entrees. It’s not big on atmosphere, but you can see that the staff is trying to make this place a little different.
