I can’t tell you what I ate.but it was good..Lots of favor, the Taj beer was good as well.
My husband and I ate lunch here today and I learned 3 things: 1) I know nothing about Indian culture and ettiquite 2) I know nothing about the Indian language and 3) Ignorance is bliss! I have no idea what was used to create the foods and varying sauces buf my goodness the flavors! It was just the right combo of burn, flavor and yummy. I truly have no idea what the flavora were or how to describe them other then I’m going back. I also felt very relieved to be only one of two non Indians eating there. Says to me it’s got to be like back home. Love it. Going back.
Finally a Great Indian buffet!. Going against all of our previous negative Indian buffet experiences – Taj Indian provides a fresh and delicious family style Indian buffet. Some of the best chicken tikka masala that we have had north of NYC , great saag paneer and wonderful hot naan bread. Service was warm and very courteous. For the more adventurous there is an excellent traditional Indian goat curry. Delightful light desserts.
Best Indian food I have ever had! I have friends that drive from Boston just for taj food. So far i had 3 meals here and the food has always been consistent, super fresh, and excellent. Likewise with the service, the most friendly and attentive waiters you will find. For the price (about 11 dollars for a dinner entree), I was impressed by food quality. Veggie samosas were crunchy. Chicken curry had great flavor. Chicken tika masala was excellent.Best chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, naan, mango lassi, tandoor I’ve had – I need to try more things on the menu, but these are my standbys. Might I also strongly suggest the lunch buffet – a fantastic deal, lots of variety and a great way to try new things.In summation:Fantastic fresh foodSuper attentive and friendly staffVery good valueVery pleasant environment
