I have mixed feeling about my experience with Teriyaki Exchange. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and the restaurant was clean and had a decent amount of parking. The Spicy California Roll was good, not the best I’ve had but definitely good considering it isn’t as expensive as other places. The Coconut Shrimp was excellent, tasted very fresh and had the perfect amount of sweetness and just enough sauce to drizzle over my rice. However, the Mongolian Beef tasted as if it had been boiled in lieu of being sauted. When it was served the beef was still sitting in a puddle, that had I drained it would have easily been 3/4 to 1 cup of an incredibly watery sauce. Overall this place is very hit or miss depending on what you order.
