Have eaten here before; reviewing my most recent stop/meal. This place has taken a couple steps backward over past couple of years. Prices are higher, they seem to be short-staffed, and the food is not as good (even the pizza!) as it used to be. They also ripped out the wall which separated the bar from the main dining area – this actually makes sitting near the bar or main door way too noisy and chaotic for a meal. Ordered a small deep dish pizza, with diced tomatoes and sausage.The kitchen was short staffed; so noticed a waitress prepared my pizza instead of one of the cooks. (They have an open wall displaying kitchen area.) She placed way too much of the tomatoes on it, and my pizza turned out rather soggy and not very edible. The salad bar looked much smaller and had less offerings than in the past, so didn’t bother. Not sure what is going on with this particular Chicago UNO franchise – but disappointed for sure. It used to be a great place to go and food was terrific. Not the case now.
