Customer Service. Customer service here is the best in the area and above those working at this location is Ashley. She is very respectful and courteous with everyone no matter how she’s feeling or how busy they are. Most of them as I said are good here but Ashley stands out above the rest.
Main St Waterville, ME location. I have been a happy dunkin donuts customer for years. This is my first time to the store on Main St Waterville, ME, most likely my last, and it was the worst service I’ve had at a DD. When I got to the window at drive thru, I paid and was handed a coffee, as I went to drive off, the lady asked for the coffee back because it wasn’t Dark Roast. My order is medium dark roast hot with 3 equal and extra cream. The second coffee I got was Dark roast-minus the sweetener and cream. I realized as I drove on the highway to work. One of the ladies inside was looking frazzled and made comments about she needed a break right now.
As if. Very very rude. Called to tell them they forgot something and they said just come through and they would refund my money or give me what I ordered which is fine. But didn’t sound friendly on the phone and hung up on me after the conversation without saying good bye or have a nice day or apologizing.
