Good, but going downhill.. I’ve been coming here for years.I enjoy the atmosphere, and the servers are always friendly and polite. Additionally, the variety and quality of coffee is very good.However, over the last year or so, the speed & quality of the service has dropped significantly. I saw some not-fresh-anymore lettuce in a friend’s sandwich, and I’ve waited for 7-10 minutes on a coffee drink while one of the employees chatted over the counter with a friend, acquaintance, or co-worker. (Not sure which).Again – the staff are always polite, but the seem far less dedicated to doing a good job than they used to.I still go here with some regularity, because I enjoy the atmosphere and the quality of the food is still *sometimes* good. I’d just really love to see the staff being more attentive.
