Eaten here many times, and every dish is wonderful. Love the crab rolls, as well as the baked haddock with seafood stuffing. The service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced, and went so far as to tell the owner how great our waitress was. Only drawback is the parking, as the lot is tiny and impossible to navigate with a truck.
Good eatin’. Very simple, un-assuming place right amongst the pretty marsh in southern Maine. Fair prices and good selection. Excellent lobster roll, good yeast rolls (nice and hot and soft!), and had the bacon-wrapped scallops appetizer. Delicious!
Great meal! Fish chowder was excellent and haddock sandwich was good.
Food is pretty good, but pricey for what you get. My daughter got mac & cheese which seemed old and right out of the Kraft box, but it was $5!! Too pricey for what you get.
Credit Card. By merchant agreement – the back of your card HAS to be signed in order for the merchant to process a card. Most of you don’t know that. But call your credit card company and ask them. Most merchants don’t bother telling you because – just like you did – the customers get upset. Billy’s is great – I have been there many times.
