Great burgers!. Feile has the best burgers around. They cook them to your specifications. I eat medium rare and it has never been overcooked or undercooked. I live around the corner so I eat there quite often and have had quite a few burgers.Monday nights burgers are half price and every day from 3pm to 5pm. Great buger at a great price.02 Aug, 2012Great burger. I had a burger with bacon and swiss and it was incredible. One of the best burgers I’ve had. Bartender was friend as was the rest of the staff.
Good pub food and drink selection. My fiance had the chowder and we both loved it, I had mulligatawny soup which we bough found to be too light (vegan so no yummy chicken broth). Nachos and brie fondue with apricot preserves were very good. I had a dogfish head beer that was 18% alcohol wow it was strong. Really old brown dog is tasty, and also an IPA (can’t think of the name, green something) very good.
The atmosphere was exactly what I wanted it to be (laid back and welcoming). The staff was super friendly. And the food!!! My wife absolutely loved her corned beef & cabbage entree. My corned beef sandwich on marbled rye was beyond delicious. To add to the experience, Laura (our waitress) helped us add to our scrapbook with her donation of a superb sticker with the pub’s logo. I would recommend File Restaurant & Pub to everybody that comes within 50 miles of Wells, ME because the food and staff cannot be beaten!!!
Good homemade food at great prices.. its nice to go to a casual restaurant that actually cares about the quality of its food..and doesn’t just serve frozen crap.
Excellent home made Irish food! The Chef will create both vegetarian or vegan creations upon request. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!
Great pub that you always can trust is going to be open till one. Great place for those in the business to hang and have a drink after work. The bartenders always deliver and I love that they have a late night menu.
