Had dinner there and the food was good. Fried maine shrimp for me and fried clams for the wife. The prices were good. Wait for a table was a little long, about 30the mins but it is high season for the beaches area in maine right now.

Poor service. Food has gone downhill. Not worth the money.

Great fried clams however the best was the onion soup. World class, up there with the best.

We got there at about 7:30 on a Friday night. Very busy with what we were told would be a 60 minute wait for three adults and three kids. We waited less than 30 minutes which was great. Fast service and the food was great. I had the lobster caserole which was small, but very good. Plastic cups and cheesy Coca-Cola wax cups for the kids was a bit odd. Most of the staff wore Jean shorts which was not very professional. Overall, I would eat there again with no hesitation. Good place for kids too with a kids menu.

Food was super, lobersters were tender & juicy. Only one problem, wetnaps were too small! Would go back in a minute.

Exactly what I expected. We stopped on our way to Bar Harbor, and it was exactly what I expected. The clam chowder was one of the best I ever had and for my first lobster roll, it was made the way I like things..simple and without filler.Mrs Ballard_Eater ordered a fried selection and the clam strips were fresh and meaty. The haddock was flaky and not very greasy. I expect to have more of the same items I ordered at other places, but I believe Mike’s set some high standards. I’d definitely return.
