I cant speak to the food, we never got seated to eat because the lack customer service and egregiously rude employee( Alyssa) will keep me from ever stepping foot into that place. Despite the cool headed politeness of Sean who later join the discussion ( in quotes because Alyssa was rude and yelling over me trying to calmly and legally advocate for myself) we will not be reviewing the food of the Steakhouse until they get their personnel under control and educated about racial profiling and the ADA laws. Because after we provided the documents proving that my African American owned service anilmal is legit, Alyssa had to eat her bitter words and disgruntlly offer us seating. We politely declined, even shaking Seans hand. We left and are alerting folks of her bad form and The Steakhouses oversite in having her represent them to the public. In 2018, friends, there are still ignorant mean spirited people in this world.
Satisfied.. Three of us went with two of us ordering steaks and the the last ordering the veggie stirfry. We were all pleased with our orders and found the steaks cooked to our liking (Medium Rare). I delayed trying the garlic butter till later and regretted waiting as it really kicked up the steak a bit.Overall I was satisfied with the meal and would return.
Not worth the wait! My steak was overcooked and flavorless. The waitress was nice enough to bring another one but my family already finished their meal. I was expecting a really flavorful steak and even the garlic butter didn’t help. I hate leaving a resturant hungry. Hope you have a better meal then we did.
