  Great Range of Styles. Ate here on a quite Wednesday around 1:45pm. It was quite, only a few tables. Reading the menu, we noticed something we hadn’t seen before…..different sized appetizers. Wow! What a nice surprise! We had the Market Platter, a selection of 5 cheeses and 5 cured meats with roasted veggies. The smaller plate was totally enough for the two of us, especially with the wonderful homemade bread. Because we saw that this appetizer was plenty to eat, we splurged a little and had nice glasses of wine. A very traditional Italian lunch in a very nice location.

  Wonderful Experience. We, my wife and I, selected Carpaccio Tuscan Kitchen for my wife’s birthday dinner. On an early Friday evening, with no reservation needed, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and quickly shown to our table. The staff was courteous and well trained on their duties. We received our menus and had our glasses of water filled without having to flag anyone down.Our waiter was Andrew; with a pleasant demeanor, he preceded to tell us of the available entrees of the day, the soup of the day, and items that was no longer available on the menu. He quickly took our order and submitted it efficiently to the kitchen. Only a few moments had passed when he returned with our drink order and shortly thereafter our appetizers. During our meal he refreshed our drinks and had returned several times to ensure us that he was available if we needed any thing.You would think this is normal procedure for a waiter in a fine restaurant and you would be right, but how many fine restaurants have you been to that continuously they get this part wrong? We have to give the Chef and his/her staff very high marks for their preparation of everyone of our very eye-appealing and delicious meals and appetizers. From their freshly made soup and salad, to their beautifully prepared entrees to the excellent Crme Brulee desert. We like to thank the serving staff, our waiter Andrew, and the Chef and his/her staff of the Carpaccio Tuscan Kitchen for a delightful evening.

  Tasty, Not Authentic. I like Carpaccio. They are consistent. Good options. Overpriced, but consistency in Annapolis is worth it.
