Friendly, fun, and delicious 4.5 / 5. A true gem of the Old Town Annapolis area. This, seemingly, little place stands just feet from the Courthouse and the Naval Academy in one of the most beautiful spots I’ve seen yet in Maryland.Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by a very friendly hostess who sat is in the spacious dining area (the outside is very deceiving as to the size of this place). I sampled several different bits of fare from the menu and was amazed at the taste of all of it. In particular I enjoyed the Sheppard’s Pie and Medieval Stew. Aside from just great food, if you want a comfortable place to just sit while you’re strolling through Old Town the Pub offers a great little seating area and fresh beers on tap. If you’re not up for the drive or the difficulty in parking, the sister restaurant, Killarney House, is located near Edgewater, MD (about 20 minutes away) and offers the same great food and atmosphere. My only complaint would be the serving size; the price is a bit high for the amount of food you receive, however this should not be a detractor for anyone in going, this place is amazing. One of two MUST try places in Annapolis if you’re in town!.

Great food and drink. Love Galway Bay, they always give malt vinegar with the fish and chips. Crab cakes are really good, Murphy’s Pot Roast was awsome. Go there it’s worth the trip.

Irish Eggnog – Enough said!. Best Irish eggnog this side of the Atlantic. Get in there and get some before it is gone. And take a designated driver because it is some strong brew. Inistiogue Scallop Casserole is delicious and not really a casserole, just served in a casserole dish. My only complaint is that the fish n chips is served with tartar sauce. That’s an American thing. True fish n chips should be served with a bottle of malt vinegar.

Service was good…decor hokey…I’m a native Irishman and the Shepherd’s Pie was the worst I’ve ever had..Microwaved pile of poo..spat it out after one bite..

This place knows how to make amazing food!! The crab dip is a must and the reuben sandwich is seriously one of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely on my favorite list of places in Annapolis to eat.

Very good food. Recommend the tomato and whiskey soup.
