Dissappointing. After reading many positive reviews, I looked forward to dinner at level with my lovely lady. Perhaps Level is now resting on its laurels. Perhaps popularity has overwhelmed the staff. However, Level was a huge disappointment. We ordered drinks from our waitress, and asked for a few minutes before we ordered food. Our waitress was clearly annoyed by this, and service was awful for the rest of our time there. A meal was brought that we did not order. My lady’s flatbread arrived 15 minutes before my order did. My pasta was mushy and tasteless. Another warning: the noise level at Level is loud. I will not be returning to Level.

This is hands-down the best restaurant in Annapolis. Amazing hand crafted cocktails and delicious locally sourced food. Sit at the bar or at a cocktail table and ask for Chris. Came here for dinner with two friends and had an amazing time! We even got to try the new staff cocktail of the week, Paul’s Watermelon Stand. We’ll be back soon!!

Good. Not great small plates. Nicely priced for the area. Great drinks.

Had drinks and a cheese plate that was pretty good although pricey. Did not see a lot of interesting vegetarian options. My wife’s white wine sangria was very tasty. No draft beers. Overall a little disappointing but we would try this place again.

Bad Attitude / Poor Service. I arranged to meet with my daughter for a drink and dinner. I arrived first, at 5:30 PM and sat at the bar with three other people. Upon her arrival we felt it would be more comfortable to sit at a small table adjacent. There was nodody sitting at any table and aside from the two hostesses nobody else in the restaurant. I asked the bartender if we needed to settle with him, yes, and I did. When we moved to the table we were told that we could not have either Happy-Hour drinks or food anywhere other than seated at the bar. The waiter was very rude and suggested a number of other restaurants that we could go to. I travel the world extensively entertaining clients and guests and found this policy, especially in the absence of other patrons, not to mention the rudeness of the waiter, unacceptable. Not only will I never go again, I will tell everyone I know about the rude behavour of the waiter and suppest they go elsewhere as well.

Outstanding. Everything was good, nothing was bad. Several dishes had unusual ingredients, which I liked. (Like any small plate restaurant, it’s not inexpensive.)
