Delivered a pizza that was incorrect. Manager on duty refused to give credit for the mistake. Offered $4 for a $15 mistake.
Usually Good Pizza, but…. I called in an order and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later, they demanded payment, but they had no even started to make it. When I asked about the 20 minute estimate, the woman was very rude and said we’re busy. I walked out.Beware, they often burn the bottom on your pizza. When I asked about this, the cook was was very offensive and said it was the sugar in the dough. Yeah right…
Horrible customer service. Food isn’t good enough to put up with the staff.25 Mar, 2012Ok food.. Worst service ever. The staff on the phone is rude. The delivery kid was an idiot. I had 30$ for an $18 dollar check. He said he only had change for a twenty. I said ok, give me change for the ten. He said no, I only have change for a twenty. I said give me the ten and get out of here. You are the dumbest person I have met. Either Rocco’s hires idiot’s or Annapolis has horrible schools. Still no excuse for Rocco’s.
Ok, for Annapolis. It’s sad how a town the size of Annapolis can not have a decent NY pizza shop. Rocco’s was ok, definitely nothing to get excited about. The crust was bland and sort of doughy, not that NY crunch. It is probably the best NY style pizza in Annapolis which is pretty sad. I still make the 45 minute drive to Rusticanna Pizza in Easton for a good NY Pizza.
Friturier is giving the WRONG information!. First of all Rocco’s is still under the same owner. Everything is still the same from when they opened! Nothing portion wise has been changed.And for asking you to repeat over the phone…Were you on a cell phone?! Were you talking quietly? Did you have your phone on speaker? Did you call during the rush and whisper in the phone?! It’s hard to hear when you won’t speak up on ANY phone and there is background noise!! Jeeze what’s wrong with you?!Their food is still SLAMMING and the owners are still AWESOME. So go and check out the place! You WON’T be disappointed!
