The person taking our looked. Food runners the same. One of our party found a hair in her burger and staff just took it and replaced it without apologizing. No manager in sight. The food is just okay. We do not need to come back.
Outstanding!!!!! I had the Philadelphia burger with sweet potato fries. My husband had the Carolina burger with regular fries. Everything was hot and tasty. Loved the food. Service was OK. We will definitely be back.
Overpriced burger place. I’ve been to this location twice. The first time I enjoyed the food I ordered. The burger, fries, and milkshake were all very good. The price, however, was a little high. The second time I went, the fries were cold on arrival, the burger was overcooked (I ordered a medium and got medium well), and the milkshake had pieces of plastic/paper in the drink. They gave me a refund for the shake. The manager came out and explained to me the shake having trash in it and it seemed like this is a fairly common occurrence, which is obviously not acceptable.Overpriced food, sometimes cold food, trash blended in with shake4/10
