After being in Texas a fortnight ago, I wasn’t expecting too much from Chad’s BBQ. Instead I was blown away, the food here is incredible. Wings so good the Governor loved them and they were renamed Governer’s wings. One of the best burger’s I’ve ever eaten so well balanced with a bacon jam that completes it. Delicious pickle fries and mac and cheese. The gumbo was on the specials board and when I tried it, I almost slipped off my seat. A standing ovation to the flavours here. To add on top, the service here is also excellent, and Chad himself takes orders and waits the tables. Highly recommended
