After my first review while i was still writing they finally opened the doors and let some air in. Any way about to leave and a very nice barmaid i think she said her name was ( Shannon? ) saved the day…friendly, smiled, and actually seemed to care. With her service we decided to stay. I say thank you to her i was very hungry and stayed to eat. Food was ok out of some items. Would I go back…yes 1 more time to see if anything gets better. Except Shannon she was great.07 Sep, 2012This place is the pits the AC is broke the beer is warm no one. Cares waited 15 min for a warm beer yet im here hoping thimgs get better…….Nope.
Get the black bean salsa!. After a recommendation from my boss, I stopped by on the way home from work and ended up with a pound of black bean salsa and two bags of what I assume were homemade corn chips. It was all delicious! The chips are light, warm and crispy. I’d go back for those alone. The dip? Fantastic. I ate it cold, but I have a feeling that if you heated it up, the chunks of cheese would melt nicely into a creamier salsa. I haven’t tried anything else, but the black bean salsa is worth a trip.
Really cool atmosphere, the guacamole is without equal – absolutely fresh and has a hint of garlic and onion… The fajita salad was tasty, it’s just like a fajita minus the sizzling plate and tortillas. The veggie quesadilla was good, if I would have added chicken or beef to it, it would have been great! Beer is always super cold, the bar is nice with great stools that put you close to the ever attentive staff. Gina’s is a spot my wife and I love and hope that you love it too! Cheers!
Loved it!. Gina’s is a very fun tasty american take on a mexican restaurant. The atmosphere is sort of eclectic/ dive bar-ish but in a fun relaxed kind of way. The food is amazing; I loved everything i had there. You could tell everything was made fresh. Who knew a cantina would have the best key lime pie i’ve ever had… ever. It’s a little disappointing that you have to pay for chips and salsa… i wish they had an unlimited option you could purchase, since my boyfriend and i tore through the trio of dips and chips in a matter of minutes. All in all – loved it!

The food is amazing, no smoking and a great kid table to keep the little ones occupied. Service and ambiance is incomparable to any restaurant around. And the bill made me real happy. Didn’t feel guilty taking the family out.
