Mega chicken is amazing. Just moved to Laurel first time trying mega chicken …And it was Amazing!!!! The chicken is so tasty and juicy ! They have great sides ! The outside might not look like much but don’t let that fool you !! The people there are extremely friendly is Id recommended this place to anyone !!! Will defiantly be going back !!
So.. It looks a bit run down but yet they have 3 flat screens. The service was a bit poor, instead of greeting me and taking my order the staff watched the soccer game that was on. I can understand that, it’s the olympics but they could have been nice about it. The food smelt great but was a disappointment. The fries and chicken were barely cooked and just overall not good. I won’t be going back.
Excellent Peruvian Chicken. During the brief time I lived in Laurel, Mega Chicken was a favorite. They delivered and their food was delicious. Our favorites were the Peruvian Chicken (with the wonderful smearing sauce), beans and rice, and plantains. We couldn’t get enough of the stuff!
DELICIOUS. We have enjoyed Mega Chicken for about a year. We usually purchase a chicken and multiple sides. The yuca and plantains are wonderful. The chicken is always moist and has an amazing flavor. Best peruvian chicken in the area. Love it!!!
Loved it. We decided to try this place out after driving by it numerous times and boy were we impressed. We walked in at lunch and were greeted by the friendly staff who gave us a free sample of the amazing chicken and the special sauces. We both got the 1/4 Chicken, small salad, rice and beans for just over $5. It was a lot of food for the money. We can’t wait to go back and try some of the other items on the menu.
Terrible customer service and food!. I live down the street from this place. I walked in around lunch time and the woman at the register didn’t even greet me. When I got my food, the chicken was not done and ice cold. It made me sick. I’m going back to Sardi’s on route 1 where they actually cook the food until it’s done. This place is terrible!!
The best peruvian chicken. Yes THE BEST. Even better than the late El Pollo Rico of Wheaton, MD. If you are ever near 198 in Laurel you must try. It’s a place that you would want to carry out, not much ambiance. Great charcoal rotisserie chicken and friendly staff.
