I went to Natures Kitchen when I stopped at BMI on Monday November 3. A wonderful young man named John Green helped me. He should be the manager. He was very friendly, Pleasant and helpful. he made me a great sandwich. On the way back I stopped at BMI again. I walked from gate B 14 all the way to gate A area to get a sandwich at Natures Kitchen because the customer service by John Green was soGood and the sandwich was too This time, Wednesday Nov 12,2014, the customer service was terrible. Two young people stood there talking and making sandwiches for another day, a manager passed by, no one asked me what I wanted. I said, are you open? They said yeah we open and continued to talk to each other. I left and went next-door and got a sandwich. Terrible and disappointing.
