Never disappointed at Olive & Sesame. My family and I I have been going to Olive & Sesame (Pasadena) for several years and have never been disappointed. They have a nice mix of Japanese & Chinese dishes. I wish they had more Thai to try. My favorite dishes are Chirashi, duck, Pad Thai, miso soup, volcano scallops, lo mein, calamari, sushi, sashimi and more. The servers are always very friendly and attentive. You are not kept waiting long. It is also very clean.

They have awesome sushi.. And also have very good lo mein and general tsos chicken
One of the best. I love O&S. The owners and service people are all the same from the start and that says something. They treat you like family and the food is delicious. The sushi is fabulous and even my son (who never used to eat anything) loves it. Also, for the vegetarians such as myself, the vegetarian dishes are fabulous. Our family faves are the Szechuan green beans, the vegetarian sushi platter, dynamite roll, Maryland tempura roll and my son’s is the spicy octopus roll. You can’t go wrong eating here!
White meat General Tso’s and made extra crunchy if I ask for it and they give me all the broccoli I ask for. Great place to eat alone, with family. Even my daughter loves this place. I am very picky about Chinese places and food and don’t out from many of the places around here so I’m happy to have a place near home that is great
