Horrible customer service, simply wanted to change the kind of sauce on a Stromboli. Even manager denied after saying they had the desired sauce. Wouldn’t even consider on the side.If they can’t make a change that simple its either prepackaged and frozen or they don’t care about customers… Either way don’t waste your time
Mediocre food with terrible customer service. Finally tries this restaurant out and was very dissapointed. We ordered 2 pizzas and fries and were told 45 minutes for carry out. We get there at the promised time and no food after waiting 15 minutes go back to check and the only adult working there shakes her head and says well people have been waiting an hour and we can refund your money. She was really rude. pizza only takes 15 minutes to bake what were they doing for 45 minutes and in some cases an hour. The children were really hungry so we waited, but we were really dissapointed when we got the pizza, subpar quality which little Cesar’s would have delivered in a fraction of the time and half the price, it was greasy and the crust was very rubbery. Will never recommend the to anyone or go back.
