Severn Inn has beautiful views with outside seating while offeringgreat happy hour specials! Severn Inn is an ideal dinner restaurant for special occasions! Located right on the water with incredible sunset views! The crab dip was delicious cheesy, creamy, and lumps of crab! The housemade rosemary flatbread was the BEST cracker to use for dipping that we have ever witnessed! We ordered Fried Shrimp Tacos ($14) and Grilled Flatbread Pizza ($10) for entrees. An Annapolis gem on the water. The food is outstanding, the service is efficient, and the setting is difficult to match. Today we stopped by to enjoy a drink. This turned into a crab dip appetizer, followed by a crab cake sandwich and garlic herb shrimp with angel hair pasta. We sat on the deck enjoying the river breezes, and taking in the sites of water activities. This place could easily be one of my favorite eating establishments. Treat yourself.
Outstanding – Thanksgiving Dinner. We have been to the Severn Inn several times, as a couple and with guests. Each visit was perfect, the service, the food and the ambiance, always exactly right. We took a party of 8 (including 2 children) to the 2:15 pm seating on Thanksgiving. All I can say is WOW. Everyone in our party left the Severn Inn totally pleased with their experience. Each person spoke of appreciating the food and service. Our waiter was Mark, he helped make a great experience even better. We’ll be back.
The best Sunday Brunch around. Mother’s Day Brunch was all you can eat and excellent. Great scenery directly across the Severn River from the Naval Academy. Sometime you can see the officers in drill formation. Outdoor dining is a plus…food is a plus…service is a plus. You won’t be dissatisfied.
Always have a good time here!. Good food, helpful service and a great bar! The view of the USNA is spectacular, especially at sunset. Try the fried spinach!!!!
Brunch. Good place for brunch, be prepared to spend $30 person. The selection was nice there was a wide variety of choices from shrimp, roast beef, made to order pasta, made to order omelets, beginets. There was fresh sliced fruit, great meat with bacon, sausage, and others. Unlimited Mimosas…key word unlimited wonderful quick refills. They also offered bloody mary’s but those aren’t for me…The best part of the place was the chocolate fountain O WOW!!!! it was amazing marshmellows, rice krispy treats, and other edible goodness. But the Strawberries were the best!!!
Excellence!. I came across The Severn Inn by happenstance! While car shopping I asked my sales person for a good local seafood restaurant and highly recommended The Severn Inn. WOW, I was blown away with the view, the atmosphere, the food and the service. I liked it so much that I took my father there for his 80th birthday July 08. This man isn’t moved or excited about much. However, he couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was and he loves being near water and this was perfect. I was blown away last night when he said he wants to take my mom there for here birthday today. This man never does anything romantic, but he loved it so much he thought she deserved the experience. You couldn’t ask for a better dinning experience. Patrons were from all walks of life and the atmosphere just felt like a quiet smile. It was like experiecing aroma theurapy with ocean views and excellent food. I can’t say enough about this place and the fact that my father remembers it, speaks volumes more than words can express.
