Always Pleased. I have been a loyal customer of South River Pizza & Subs for several years. They have absolutely the BEST pizza around; actually everything that we’ve ever gotten from there has been yummy. I can recommend them without any hesitation at all and always look forward to ordering from them again, and again, and again! If you haven’t tried them yet, GO NOW, stop cheating yourself 😉
Delivery. I have used South River Pizza about 8 times for delivery orders. I have always received the most awesome pizza and onion rings are yummy too! I have never waited more that 40 minutes, and the owner and employees have always been polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
Poor customer service and management. Will not return due to poor customer service, disrespectful wait staff and management.
We were promised a 30-45 min wait. After 2 hours we called to see where are pizza was. The owner assured us it was in its way. We asked for a discount and we were told that the next time we ordered we’d get a free pizza. After receiving the WRONG order 2 hours late, I decided that there wouldn’t be a next time. I discussed with delivery boy, handed him his tip but said I wasn’t paying for the pizza. He agreed. 20 minutes later, the owner called to tell at me…not apologize for the terrible service…and threatened to send police to my house. At 8:30, when I had my 3 year old in the bath tub, a cop came pounding on my door threatening to take me to jail!!! Ridiculous!!
INCREDIBLE!. I used South River to cater an event. Not only did they give me an incredible price, but their food was outstanding and their portions were huge. I would highly recommend South River to anyone looking to cater an event. They exceeded my expectations by a mile. Food we purchased – Pizza – excellent thin crust not too crunchy just right. great tasting sauce and fresh ingredients on top.Baked Ziti – again excellent sauce, lots of meat. It was fantasticGreek Salad – fresh and loaded with the good stuff!Overall 5 stars!
