Terrible experience at Texas Roadhouse in Pasadena, Md. I normally don’t complain about restaurants. We had a bad experience here for the fourth time in a row. Out with friends for a nice dinner, at least that was the plan. Called ahead at 4:30 for table of six at 5:39. Arrived 5:19. Seated an hour later. Service was slow. Steaks were undercooked. Very disappointed with this location. We have gone four separate dates and food was not right all four times. Get new cooks or new management.
Ya feel right at home!!. I usually go a couple times a year and get the same 3 or 4 meals. Just can’t help myself, I like what I like at certain restaurants. The service varies on how busy they are but they try their best to keep up & the customers satisfied! It’s all good to me cause they serve you these soft warm rolls with this amazing cinnamon butter to tide u over til ur meal comes out. You can dress how u want, ice cold beer on tap, don’t expect a clean floor cause they give u a bucket of peanuts & u put em on the floor. Don’t worry they do sweep the rustic wood floors! Foods good, service is good, family friendly place & in my opinion it’s priced reasonably. Definitely a place worth trying!! Now that I pretty much can walk to it, smell good food cooking all the time, I gotta control myself & not eat there every night! lol
