Ate there last night with my brother. We started off with the Flautas and they were great. It went downhill from there.I had the BB ribs and chicken. Ribs were really dry; could barely eat the rib meat it was so tough. Chicken was so overcooked (possibly reheated) that I didn’t eat it either.Brother had the Beef tips which were supposed to be in a madeira wine sauce. Tips tasted like they were overcooked. Sauce was missing something. It definitely wasn’t a good sauce to enhance the flavor of the beef tips.Check was just under $60 without tip. Didn’t feel we should short the great waiter, Ian, for the lack of a decent chef. Service was excellent, but could have been left alone for longer periods of time. Ian was always popping by to assist us.Oddly we’ve eaten here on several occasions over several years and have always had great meals, until this one.We won’t be back.
