I made reservations on Open Table for 7:00 pm on Saturday. Upon arrival the hostess could not find my reservation, even after I showed her the confirmation e-mail my cell phone. She said she would check with the manager. Shen the said they had no information of my reservation and with a very snotty attitude that I could wait over 30 minutes for a table. I explained that this was the first and last time that I would set foot in their restaurant and immediately exited.
Overall, the food was ok, but way over priced for its quality. My family ordered cream of crab (VERY salty, little to no crab meat, and you could taste the flour – my husband refused to finish it and my 2 year old daughter snubbed her nose to it after the first bite), fried pickles (the pickles were cut too thin, which resulted in little pickle flavor that was lost in the oily and seasonless fried batter – the dipping sauce was good), kids cheese pizza (mushy crust), seafood portifino (seafood tasted like it was frozen at one time and definitely not fresh, the sauce was not freshly made either, but canned/jarred, and there was corn in it), and a cheeseburger (again, not fresh and was over cooked).
