(11/18/2016) New food truck (to us) at work, was just passing by, the menu caught our eye. The guy working the window was very friendly, pulling the hard sell, and the good-natured banter between him and the lady who cooks sealed the deal. Had the Lamb Paratha (homemade Indian whole wheat flour flatbread) Roll. The cuisine is Afghani, the lamb was seekh kebab style, minced flavorful, seasoned meat molded around a skewer and grilled. Inside the roll was a delicious chana masala (tender spiced chickpeas), and for a fresh garnish, tomato, raw diced red onion (whew, these were super onion-y), and cilantro. The green chutney on the side was cool and creamy, and herby and a touch spicy. My paratha was layered and flaky, loved the flavors of everything together. Def looking forward to trying the rice dishes next time we see them.
