(2/3/2017) Recent new food truck at State Center. Had the Stewed Oxtails, plenty of gooey cartilage and tender meat from between the bones, well-seasoned, dark beefy broth. Rice and Peas also well-seasoned and tender. Cabbage looked hand-cut and had very pretty red, orange, and yellow julienned sweet bell peppers sauteed along (slight underseasoned). Coco bread was soft and fluffy with just a hint of sweet and buttery. Really delicious all around.
