That’ll do pig. (5/28/2015) New concession to Camden Yards this year, located on the lower-level, first-based concourse near Gate C. Got the Pork Burger, Camden-style, a Smithfield’s pork burger with barbecue sauce, coleslaw and fried onions. Pork was moist, definitely porky, had a little of that ground pork funk, sauce not too sweet, spicy; appreciated the fresh, crunchy cole slaw on the sandwich for a nice texture and temperature contrast. The creamy dressing also complementing the vinegar-y, sweet-tart BBQ sauce. Bun was fresh and soft and sufficiently sturdy. Would def ggo back and price way OK for the ballpark ($8).
