NEVER GO HERE, they are crooks! I ate dinner here two weeks ago, and noticed that on my credit card account the server had added extra to the tip line. I called (twice) and spoke with a manger named Nicholas. Even though he was rude and tried to make me feel like it was my fault, he finally confirmed the error and took my credit card number promising to refund the amount that was overcharged. It has been exactly 1 week and no refunds have shown up on my account. I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND SUGGEST YOU DON’T EITHER!
Very disappointed, especially with how grandiose the building is. Went in for lunch with a small group, only ones in there. Server acted like they had somewhere better to be, bartender kept cleaning glasses 6 minutes after a simple drink order. Dinner might be different, but lunch was sub-par quality food, and expensive nonetheless. $12 for a bbq quesadilla with no side? Only plus, their sangria is excellent.
