Worst experience!. I ordered a cake from here for my daughter’s birthday party. I was told they could only do basic fondant decorations because there was noone there with that skill. Anyway I paid for my cake when I ordered it for pickup on the way to the party place. The place was closed! The story I got from them two days later… was that they had alot of wedding deliveries that day, as if my daughter’s party wasn’t equally important. So we got our cake TWO days after the party because they are closed on Mondays, and the cake was crumbling apart as I was even cutting it. The best thing about the cake was shimmers in the purple icing. Not worth it!! My 4 y.o. makes a moister cake than that! All the owner could do (without an apology) was say that well we still spent the time making the cake! I don’t recommend this place. No customer service skills whatsoever!

Finally after 10 minutes a girl came out and took everyones order. Then i got home and guess what. My whole dozen of cupcakes were stale.i would probably try them again, but it sure wasn’t a good first impression

Can’t say I’ve really ever had professional cupcakes before this place, but they are really good. They made custom cupcakes for my dog’s birthday and they were a smash hit! We even froze the leftovers and had them a week later and they were still awesome.
Saw them win Cupcake Wars, drove an hour to try them, was not disappointed. Seriously the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. The people were very friendly and knowledgable about the options, the cake is really moist and firm, the frosting is creamy and perfectly sweetened, and they live up to their name with their array of colorful and creative flavors. If you’re in the area, or even if you aren’t, make the trip and try these cupcakes.

I live in Baltimore and I’ve had some great cupcakes, but these are by far the best I’ve had. The snickerdoodle cupcake tastes like a cinnabon and the salted caramel is just amazing. This place is a must.
