  Horrible Experience. I drove an hour yesterday from Pennsylvania to have lunch at the Tower. I usually go once a week to have the usual Thursday bartender/waitress wait on me because she knows what I like and I enjoy the service I receive from her. First of all, she was not there. There was a new person tending the front bar along with waiting on us. My girlfriend had met me for lunch. I ordered the tomato mozzarella dish which I always do as an appetizer. I had requested extra oil and extra bread (which I have no problem paying for). I never received it. I gave my rewards card to the bartender who said he did not know how to use it because it did not have a barcode. It was very busy, and service was horrible. I had a 13.00 credit on my rewards card. When I asked for my check, I received a slip of paper that only had 35.00 printed on it. I NEVER received a detailed list of what I purchased. I gave the bartender my bankcard, along with a $10.00 cash tip. My girlfriend who meets me there frequently also commented on how horrible the service was. He had a very difficult time ringing up my payment, and he told me he needed to get assistance to help him pay my bill. When I checked my bank account this morning, I saw that I was charged $45.00 and not $35.00 – again, I NEVER received a slip with any detail on it. So I was overcharged by $10.00, the food was not what I was used to, and I am extremely frustrated. I will have to think if I will want to drive an hour each way each week to have lunch at the Tower again. It may not be worth my time anymore. I am a very disappointed customer. Mario knows me well, so he knows I am not just someone who complains. It takes a lot to get me to this point.

  Tried this place out for lunch, horrible service. Felt like I was being ignored purposely. My jack and diet tasted like diet coke, and everything was overpriced. Won’t be returning.

  Ummmm….. Went there last night and immediately thought I was back in the 70’s! Placed wreaked of old aftershave. We had a drink and left without ordering anything to eat.Won’t be back

  Marios BEST!. My name is Jerry and I’ve been coming to the Tower for the past 5 years the food and the service has been exceptional! The staff have always been polite and very gratuitous, have always answered my questions and explain things to me with the utmost respect and have always been there for me. The management is very well maintained and very respectful and that’s why I’m coming back here!
