Not what we expected. Asked about the oysters since they are in season , responded they are double pattied and breaded big oysters. What I received were 2 small oysters breaded no flavor , seemed overcooked because they were tough for $12.00. Husband got the chicken sandwich with crab dip and ham and cheese . The ham was very salty and very little crab dip. He had this sandwich before and it was a lot better , different chefs? The reuban sandwich had corned beef that was very dry. We enjoy eating out but lately we spend at least $50.00 plus for very little . The best thing about the night was the waitress who was very friendly and on the ball, but the food took along time to come out to us. Sorry, won’t be back

The crab cakes were fantastic!! The accompanying medley of squash & zucchini was bland and under seasoned, the white cheese mashed potatoes were bland and tasteless also.Our server was attentive, polite and courteous!Overall usually a good meal but could use some improvement on the sides!12 Sep, 2011Good Corner Restauraunt!. Crab Pretzel…..YUM. I came here for the first time with my daughter and I will definitely be returning! Our waitress (I think her name was Joanna) was super friendly and made sure our drinks were filled and we were complteley satisfied! I am now craving the crab pretzel 24/7 after she reccommended we try it. Love this place!!
Mmm. My steak was cooked perfect, but it is a little high priced and the parking lot is a pain to try and get around. Id give it a 3 out of 5
Gave them a second chance after a bad experience tonight and they redeemed themselves. The food is good at a reasonable price and donate the drinks. Kevin at the bar makes the best black and tan around. Proved that you can’t judge a place by a single experience. Oh and happy hour is more like happy day. M-F 1100-7 and 9-close
I’m not a valued customer!. I ordered a drink special in the bar while waiting for a friend. When the friend arrived, we were seated in the dining room and promptly visited by a manager who informed me that the drink I had purchased had to be consumed in the bar because it was a ‘bar special’. Really ???? I asked for a drink refund and took my business to Outback Steak House next door!I love their ribs, and usually ate there at least once a month, but I won’t be back. Obviously, my business is not important to them. I will find another favorite place for ribs.
What it is not…. I enjoy this place for what it isn’t: namely expensive, complicated, and fancy. Just good (not great) food at a very reasonable price. When you want classic american food this is a great place to go.
