Some good Chinese food!. I’ve been going to kings for years and I love their spring rolls. They are the best spring rolls, ive gotten spring rolls at a lot of other restaurants but none can compare!!! They also always have good customer service and everything I have tried on the menu has been very good.
Great Pepper Steak w/ Onion. This place is probably my favorite Chinese food place in the area. I am particularly attracted to their Pepper Steak w/ Onion. Remember this is a carry-out place. They do not have room for seating, but I always thought they shoudl put a couple tables in there just in case.
Best Chinese in Abingdon/Bel Air. I moved to Abingdon about 6 years ago, and was spoiled by all the great Chinese places in Towson. So far, I believe I have eaten at all of the Chinese places in the Abingdon/east Bel Air area, and all of them are pretty lame and humdrum. King’s though not special, is very good. I judge a Chinese place by its Kung Pao, and there’s is a solid B+. The shrimp fried rice is also good, as is the hot and sour soup and the crab wontons. Very friendly staff. Make sure they number your order correctly, Kung Pao Shrimp has been incorrectly labelled chicken several times. Overall the best in the area, I’d still visit them if they were in Towson now that Golden Gate is gone.
