  I’m from Berlin and live in town and I was appalled at the rudeness of the staff (Peggy Hagy). I had friends and family in town for my wedding and recommended the Berlin Coffee House for a few of my guests that were into coffee. The day after the wedding I took my wife and my best man’s wife over to the Berlin Coffee House and bought a couple Cappuccinos while we waited for the best man and another friend to arrive so I could show them around Berlin. The girls were about half way through their Cappuccinos when the best man and my other friend arrived. The came over to us at our table saying good morning and the usual chit chat. Peggy came over and asked them if they would like to buy something. Seeing that the girls were about done and knowing we were going around Town before my wife and I left for our honeymoon they declined. Peggy then proceeded to tell them she had no room in her shop for anyone not paying and to leave. This to me would be reasonable if the Coffee House had been full or even had people coming in. As it was there was a grand total of five of us and two other customers in the shop with no other customers in line and no vehicles out front. My friends being polite simply left. The rest of us left immediately without bothering to finish our drinks. I will never recommend the Berlin Coffee House again or ever waste my money there. If you want friendly staff and excellent service try Drummer’s Cafe or pretty much anywhere else in town.

  Really nice hosts. Friendly small town coffee shop full of local artists wares. Perfect!
