Very pricey. Food is good, but not worth the price in my opinion.
Jerry’s seafood has the amazing Crab Bomb, in which gigantic pieces of crab are held together with magic (no fillers), and a lovely waitress named Jennifer, who made our special dinner even more wonderful by being so attentive but also unobtrusive. Amazing food and no shells in the crab!
I found both the fried and the baked crab cakes to be phenomenal. Hot rolls also delicious. Very attentive service.
All Good Things, Jerry’s Seafood. Crab bisque comes in a cup that tastes so good that you wish you had ordered the bowl of the bisque instead. Then there is the crab bomb. When a restaurant serves a crab ball without breading, you have gold. Usually a baked potato with butter and sour cream along with green beans would be bland. Not at Jerry’s Seafood and certainly not with such a lip-smacking treat like the crab bomb. I think I was in love after eating all of that food. Well, I was sleepy, if nothing else. chicagoalphabetsoup.com
Overpriced! The crab bomb is very good, but nothing more than a large crab cake. The entire menu is overpriced. I have had a similar meal at a different restaurant for half the price.
Very good, but Jerry’s Place offers a better value, better service, better atmosphere, and the same food.
Was the crab bomb good? Yes. Was it worth the steep price with skimpy sides…no. It was cheaper and better food 15 minutes up the road in Annapolis at Boatyard Bar and Grill. Two people at Jerry’s was more expensive than three adults at Boatyard. No problem with the service or the food. Its just overpriced. And all the softball sized crab cake talk can stop. Its no where close.
