Ordered online take out and food was ready at the stated time. Smoked wings were great. Baby back ribs tended to be fatty and over cooked. Mac n cheese was decent, but not flavorful. Chicken tenders and fries for kids were acceptable. However, they forgot an order of fries. Overall, I would definitely go back for the wings, but skip the rest.
Good Service is (un)Golden. This is my third and last time dining here (unless I am sitting at the bar). Me and my children enjoy the food. It’s easy on my pockets. What’s keeping me away is the service. The restaurant was not crowded yet we had to wait about :20 to be seated. That wasn’t so bad. What got me, as it always does, is how long we had to wait for a server to even acknowledge us and even longer to have our orders taken once we were acknowledged. When our food was delivered, we had to wait on silverware….and it took me a while to get my drink.

The food was not at all great. We ordered avocado turkey burger. The taste was funny. Turned out the burger was not freshly made, instead, from frozen food! The manager was not bothering to care our concerns over frozen food. If you prefer fresh and amazing food, do not bother going to Smokey Bones Bar and Fire grill. Not worth a trip.
