Our Menu is a melting pot of different cultures and techniques, highlighting the flavors of the Chesapeake bay region in new and exciting ways. We strive to source the freshest ingredients possible, and let them star in our dishes -Jason Nagers (Owner) Brick Wood Fired Bistro was established in September 15 by Jason Nagers (owner/GM), his family (Ronda & Tim Tracy) & long time friend Lewis Foster (beverage manger). They wanted to bring a fun and modern atmosphere to their hometown neighborhood while still maintaining that small town locals feel. We were kindly greeted when we arrived and were seated quickly considering we were a large group without a reservation. The server was also very accommodating. The menu choices seemed eclectic and expensive. It’s almost as if the menu is having an identity crisis.
A group of us had a meeting and the server was gracious about the time we needed. I thoroughly enjoyed the French fries although the burger was a bit strange- two small patties stacked on the bun.
My wife and i grabbed a quick lunch here. No wait and the food did its job since we were hungry and just got to the area.
Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Brick for making our wedding rehearsal dinner a great success. The food, drinks and service were excellent for our group of 45.
Brick never fails to provide outstanding food; best restaurant in Prince Frederick. You must try the truffle chip appetizer, everyone I take there loves them!
