Every time I visited the restaurant it was always a great meal in a great place. The menu hangers often with wonderful food. Great value. Celebration or just for a wonderful meal.
We have eaten at Bud’s many times and enjoy the food. Unfortunately the very busy Easter lunch was disappointing and not nearly up to their usual standard. Meat was tough, vegetables undercooked, cherry tomatoes on the salad were wrinkled. Perhaps very busy days aren’t the time to go.
Always a nice meal and wonderful service. Bud’s at Silver Run is a little gem near our home. Ken and his staff treat us like royalty each and every time we visit. From the gourmet menu to the pub menu the food is always good and the staff always attentive and kind. Some times it is a quick drive over because of being too lazy to cook, other times it is to have a nice meal with friends and family. I love to cook and not one to cook out of a box so I recommend a visit if you want fresh and truly home made. I also recommend stopping by especially if you are making a trip to Gettysburg PA or the Westminster MD area. Ken is also someone who helps out locally and past a delicious meal that also means something to me. This truly is a local ma and pa place to try.
