Always feels like a special occasion at Liberatore’s. My family is treated like royalty in there! It’s such a relaxing atmosphere,the service will spoil you and the food is phenomenal. The owner and staff are delightful! I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you Dante for having such an enjoyable upscale restaurant in Eldersburg!
Excellent service and food. Dante was very friendly and understanding to our 30 min late arrival. Raul and Ronaldo are very polished waiters who’ll have you happy to leave a nice tip. If you want to be treated like family with great food. This is the place. I recommended the Lobster and shrimp tetrazinni. This was my first and definitely not my last time here.

What a delightful local surprise! Cost, elegant, comfortable. Busy frequently but never have to wait too long when drop in. Owner very (if not sometimes overly) friendly and knows you by face right away and by name within a visit or two. Wonderful house wines, and waiters who are friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. They are very accommodating to finicky diets. Thank you!!!!!
Best restaurant in Carroll County. Others have come and gone, Liberatore’s Eldersburg has been the best for 20 years. Great food, great atmosphere, and great catering…….even at the last minute. We have called with less than a day’s notice to send food somewhere for business, a funeral, etc. and Dante always accomodates. See Jessica’s review above? I don’t doubt her account of Dante’s response to her complaints about her food. But that’s why everyone loves the owner. It’s like eating in his house, and that makes it great. He works the place like an artist……..if Jessica doesn’t appreciate it she needs to take her uptight ass to Red Lobster or Papa John’s and stop taking up a valuable seat at Liberatore’s while real customers are waiting in line……..
You have to try this place. Liberatore’s has been in Eldersburg for a long time. Restaurant’s don’t survive in this area if they are not good. I have seen many come and go in the short (10 years) time I have lived here. The menu offers plenty of variety and the quality of the food is very good. Portions are generally large so I wind up taking some food home. The deserts generally include some made by Nancy (she works there) and you need to get your order in early because here deserts sell out fast. If you drink wine, you will find that the pours are excellent. The staff are all wonderful and friendly, even when the place gets busy. Dante always makes everyone feel like a regular and a friend.Bottom line – you should visit Liberatore’s in Eldersburg – on a regular basis.
