Worst place ever!! my bill was $58 but pho1 charged me $68!!
Their Pho is not that great, I’ve had better at other Pho shops. What makes them really bad is their lackluster service. The servers always disappears for long periods of time. Management can often be found walking the floor but if you aren’t a personal friend of his he pretty much ignores you.
My brother’s favorite restaurant. I have come to the conclusion that when my brother comes back east to visit, it is to eat Pho here, not to visit me. Over the Christmas holiday he ate pho every day at this place. He raves and raves about it. It is very good. Fresh ingredients, nice service. An unexpected delight in the middle of a shopping center
Worst restaurant ever!!. I had the worst experience at this restaurant on route40 pho#1, the staff has no training on how to handle customers, the manger was just dressed in jeans and had the worst attitude ever. he was even cursing and harassing the customers. I had to call the cops on this place. i asked for the owner name and manager said the owner was too busy to deal with customers. they refused to alter anything on their menu and said chef will not like it there are any alteration made to the order. Horrible place. there is no sense of customer service. the manger was drunk or high..never ever go there.. there are so many other good restaurant out there that would appreciate their customers and i would rather give my $$$ to business that provides good service and food.
Well…. Ok, I’ve eaten here several times. The food had always been good. Then I had a bad experience. I handled as best I could. I haven’t been back since. However, would I go back? I just might.
Consistently Good. My husband and I are pretty much regulars. The food is always fresh and the soup is amazing. Great broth.
1 yum. Healthy alternative to the usual greasy asain foods. The frozen drinks are delicious!!
